Pastor Ock Soo Park was born in 1944 and received the forgiveness of sins in 1962. After that, he received spiritual training through the efforts of Missionary Kays Glass, the first missionary dispatched form the WEC mission of UK to Korea, among with other evangelical missionaries. Through the guidance of God, in 1971, Park established Good News Mission, an independent Baptist denomination. Now, the Mission reaches countless people through 760 churches planted in over 80 countries.

Pastor Ock Soo Park is the author of “The Secret of Forgiveness of Sin and Being Born Again,” which has sold more than a million copies internationally, along with other spiritual publications that have changed the lives of many people. Park’s Lectures on Genesis are broadcasted on TV and over radio broadcasting worldwide, and his sermons were featured as advertorials in the LA Times (2005) and the NY Times (2006), both of which have moved the hearts of many Americans and led them back to the Lord.

In 2001, Pastor Ock Soo Park established International Youth Fellowship (IYF) in order to help the youth of the world become our future leaders. IYF has since grown into the largest youth development organization in the world, organizing various activities such as IYF World Camps, the Good News Corps Overseas Volunteer Program, Good News Medical Volunteers, just to name a few. These programs raise awareness and set trends in both youth and leadership development. Pastor Park also witnesses the Gospel by training aspiring Christian leaders through initiatives such as Mahanaim Bible College and Mahanaim Cyber College.
