Steve Smothermon, senior pastor of Legacy Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico, leads a vibrant community spanning 12 campuses and local TV. Legacy has grown into a dynamic, welcoming community of believers committed to sharing the good news of Jesus and introducing people to “the God of another chance.”
As a former UPS driver, he delivers practical, life-changing messages rooted in the Word of God. An accomplished author, his books include "Large Large Living in a Small Small World" and "Big Problems, Bigger God." With over 38 years of marriage, Steve and his wife Cynthia have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. He actively supports charitable organizations like Make-A-Wish and Operation Smile, as well as local first responders and the military.
